Bahrain has announced plans to open a consulate in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region. Alongside this, direct flights between Manama and Erbil will soon begin, boosting both diplomatic and economic ties.
Kurdish leader Masoud Barzani met with Bahrain’s ambassador, Khalid Ahmed Al-Mansour, to discuss key developments. Their conversation covered political changes in the region and the growing relationship between Erbil and Manama.
