During a campaign event in Soran, KDP candidate Dr. Jawhar highlighted the achievements of the Kurdistan Region’s ninth cabinet and pledged to continue advancing development across the area.
Dr. Jawhar stated that Prime Minister Masrour Barzani “serves all citizens without discrimination” and that his leadership has delivered “the highest level of public services” to the people of Soran.
He emphasized that the ninth cabinet’s efforts have strengthened infrastructure, improved education, and expanded access to healthcare and electricity in the region. Moreover, he noted that ongoing projects in Soran reflect the KRG’s focus on balanced development across all independent administrations.
The candidate called on voters to support the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in order to sustain progress and ensure continued reform, transparency, and opportunity for future generations.
Dr. Jawhar concluded by affirming that unity and active participation in the election will further empower Soran’s role in shaping a stronger and more prosperous Kurdistan Region.
