PM Masrour Barzani opened the MEPS 2025 Forum in Erbil, calling for regional leaders to turn dialogue into concrete policy. He emphasized that discussions must lead to actionable commitments that promote stability and cooperation across the Middle East. Moreover, he urged participants to focus on practical solutions for economic, social, and security challenges.

Barzani also congratulated Iraq on its recent successful elections. He stressed that political participation strengthens democratic processes and regional stability. In addition, he highlighted the importance of transparent governance and inclusive policymaking. These achievements, he noted, provide a solid foundation for regional collaboration.
