KDP VP Masrour Barzani Calls for Strong Support in Soran Ahead of Elections

KDP Vice President Masrour Barzani urged citizens in Soran to turn out in large numbers for the upcoming parliamentary elections, emphasizing the importance of a powerful KDP presence in Baghdad to safeguard the Kurdistan Region’s future.

Speaking before a crowd of enthusiastic supporters for the KDP’s List 275, Barzani stressed that only a united and strong KDP can defend the rights and destiny of the Kurdish people. He warned that without firm representation, others might attempt to decide the region’s fate.

Barzani highlighted the KDP’s achievements under the current government, noting significant progress in infrastructure, education, and public services. He said these accomplishments reflect the party’s ongoing commitment to development, stability, and justice for all citizens.

The KDP vice president also called on voters to protect the unity and dignity of Kurdistan through active participation in the election. He described the vote as a critical moment to reinforce Kurdish representation and continue building a stronger, more prosperous region.
