Safeen Dizayee Supports Türkiye Peace Process and Coalition Presence

At MEPS 2025, Safeen Dizayee highlighted key security and regional priorities for Kurdistan. He stated that Coalition forces must remain in Iraq to ensure stability and counter threats. Moreover, he emphasized that their continued presence strengthens security coordination and protects civilians.

Dizayee also expressed strong support for Türkiye’s ongoing peace process. He argued that dialogue and negotiation are the only sustainable paths to resolving long-standing conflicts. Furthermore, he highlighted that constructive engagement between parties helps reduce tensions and fosters regional stability.

In addition, Dizayee called for unity among Syrian Kurdish parties. He stressed that cooperation is essential to address shared challenges effectively. He noted that divided efforts weaken influence and limit progress in political and security matters. By working together, he argued, Kurdish parties can promote peace, justice, and regional development.

He concluded by linking domestic and regional priorities, stating that Kurdistan’s security and prosperity depend on collaboration. He also underscored the importance of aligning local initiatives with broader peace processes. Consequently, his remarks reinforced Kurdistan’s commitment to stability, dialogue, and international partnerships.
