President Masoud Barzani met the head of the Tashri’ Party to discuss the latest political developments in Kurdistan, Iraq, and the wider region. Both leaders reviewed key challenges in Baghdad and highlighted growing concerns about the country’s political direction. They also exchanged views on opportunities for stability and cooperation.
During the meeting, President Barzani emphasized the need for genuine dialogue among Iraqi and Kurdish parties. He said strong communication strengthens national stability and protects the rights of all communities. Moreover, he stressed that Kurdistan’s role remains essential for any political progress in the country.
The Tashri’ Party leader agreed and underlined the importance of coordinated efforts. He said political forces must address unresolved issues that continue to create tension. He also expressed support for stronger relations between Erbil and Baghdad.
