Kurdistan Region weather forecast indicate that another wave of rainfall will begin tomorrow night across the Kurdistan Region. Meteorologists also predict possible snowfall in mountainous areas as temperatures fluctuate. The change follows several days of relatively mild daytime weather.
Weather expert and Ava presenter Sheikh Dara stated that temperatures today rose compared to previous days. He explained that daytime conditions will remain generally pleasant across most areas. However, weather patterns are expected to shift overnight. According to Sheikh Dara, the influence of the Mediterranean Sea will reach the region late tomorrow night, bringing widespread rainfall. At the same time, colder air may cause snowfall in higher elevations and mountainous zones.
Sheikh Dara added that this system represents only part of a broader weather pattern. Based on current forecasts, the Kurdistan Region weather forecast may experience up to three additional waves of rain and snow before the end of the month. These weather systems could contribute positively to water reserves and agriculture, especially following periods of limited precipitation.
