President Masoud Barzani to Meet Pope Leo XIV in Italy

Rome, Italy – Kurdistan Region President Masoud Barzani will meet Pope Leo XIV during his official visit to Italy. The talks will focus on strengthening Kurdistan–Vatican relations, promoting interfaith coexistence, and discussing regional developments.

President Masoud Barzani highlighted the importance of dialogue between religious communities.
