President Nechirvan Barzani met with leaders of Iraq’s Coordination Framework in Baghdad on Monday, as part of his official visit to the federal capital, to discuss key political developments and government formation efforts.
The meeting focused on Iraq’s ongoing political process and attempts to form a new federal government. Both sides stressed the need to establish a cabinet capable of addressing current challenges and meeting the expectations of all components of Iraqi society.
President Barzani emphasized the importance of political cooperation. He called for stronger coordination among Iraqi parties to overcome obstacles and move the process forward. Therefore, participants highlighted the need for joint action to resolve outstanding issues.
