During the meeting, Al-Lami outlined recent developments in the federal government’s nationwide anti-corruption campaign. Regional Integrity Commission Head Ahmed Anwar also attended the meeting to help facilitate joint enforcement protocols. In response, President Barzani described the fight against financial corruption as a fundamental public duty.
