Kurdistan Region Reports 13 Drone and Missile Attacks in Two Days

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region – Authorities in the Kurdistan Region have reported 13 drone and missile attacks over the past two days, targeting areas in Sulaimani and Koya.

According to security officials, most of the incoming threats were successfully intercepted. Air defense systems prevented the attacks from causing significant damage. Officials said the response helped avoid larger losses and protected key locations.

The incidents resulted in minor injuries. Authorities confirmed that no fatalities were reported, and the wounded received medical attention. Medical teams were deployed quickly to assist those affected.
