Temperatures in Kurdistan Drop Slightly, Sky Remains Partly Cloudy

Weather experts forecasted a noticeable drop in temperatures across the Kurdistan Region today, with skies expected to remain partly cloudy. According to the General Directorate of Meteorology and Seismology, temperatures will fall by two to three degrees compared to yesterday.

Forecasters added that winds will blow at speeds of 10 to 15 kilometers per hour, shifting direction through the day. Visibility is expected to range between 9 and 10 kilometers, offering relatively stable travel conditions.

Erbil: 33°C

Sulaymaniyah: 30°C

Duhok: 32°C

Zakho: 32°C

Kirkuk: 35°C

Halabja: 31°C

Soran: 30°C

Haji Omran: 20°C

Garmian: 36°C

Meteorologists noted that tomorrow temperatures could rise slightly again, but the overall pattern shows fluctuating levels typical of the season. Citizens are advised to stay alert to weather updates, especially those traveling through mountain areas where conditions can shift quickly. Despite the drop, the warm climate remains dominant, signaling that autumn has yet to fully settle into the Region.
